Newton Gregorio, co-founder of the Capital Wesleyan Church (“Capital”), brings this action individually and as the Pastor and Minister in Charge of Capital against the Chesapeake District of the Wesleyan Church (“Chesapeake”) and Stanley K. Hoover, Chesapeake’s Superintendent. Mr. Gregorio asserts claims of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, wrongful eviction, defamation, and age discrimination.
