Plaintiff Sheldon Battles, proceeding pro se, has sued defendants Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (“WMA-TA”) and two of its employees — Summon Cannon and Devin Walker (together, “Individual Defendants”) — for breach of contract, wrongful termination in violation-of public policy, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Before the Court are defendants’ motions to dismiss the complaint under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) ■ and 12(b)(6).…
