This is a suit in equity to cancel a contract for fraud. The general subject matter of the contract was the dissolution of a mercantile partnership.

The plaintiff and defendant are Syrians who, for some six years prior to the commencement of the suit, appear to have been copartners in a fruit and candy business in Mullins and Florence.
