This is a putative class action commenced by Plaintiff Jessica Zweiman on behalf of herself and other variable annuity policy holders as customers of Defendant AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. (“AXA”) alleging that AXA breached its contractual duties to them by implementing a volatility management strategy for its variable annuity policies.
