MEMORANDUM OPINION
Rufe, J.
Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant the Vanguard Group, Inc. For the reasons that follow, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
I. BACKGROUND
This proposed class action alleges that Defendant, an investment company, overcharged customers on securities transactions. Plaintiffs Alex Taksir and Orit Tak-sir, who are married, hold approximately $600,000 in assets with Defendant, qualifying them for Defendant’s “Voyager Select” program, which is available to clients with between $500,000 and $1 million in assets.1 Plaintiffs allege that,…
