Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (Board) setting his parole release date and term of parole supervision. We reverse.
Petitioner was convicted of sodomy in the first degree for conduct that occurred sometime between late 1984 and February 1985. In November 1985, he was sentenced to a 15-year indeterminate term of incarceration with a 5-year minimum.
