Petitioner seeks judicial review, pursuant to ORS 144.335, of an order of the Board of Parole, arguing that the Board abused its discretion when it refused to grant a 20 percent reduction in his prison term and when it also refused to reduce his offense severity rating. We affirm in part but reverse and remand, pursuant to ORS 183.482(8), with respect to the determination concerning the offense severity rating.
