This memorandum opinion and order arises out of the motion of Plaintiff Lawrence V. Long, Jr., as the administrator of the Estate of Christina Long (“Long”) to alter or amend, or to vacate, this Court’s January 15, 2010, 2010 WL 271428, judgment 1 granting Defendant CVS Caremark Corporation’s (“CVS”) motion to dismiss Long’s complaint. (Doc. No. 14.)
