Plaintiffs-Appellants (“Plaintiffs”) Int-era Corporation and Intera Technologies (sometimes collectively referred to as “Int-era”) appeal the district court’s dismissal of their lawsuit against Defendants-Appel-lees (“Defendants”) George Henderson, III, John Englar, and Nano-Tex, Inc (hereinafter “Nano-Tex”) for lack of personal jurisdiction with prejudice.
