PROCEEDINGS:
Before the Court are plaintiffs Motion to Remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447 and defendants’ Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). 1 In the underlying matter, originally filed in state court, plaintiff pleads 20 causes of action, including the Sixth Cause of Action for copyright infringement under state law. 2
Defendants subsequently removed to federal court, and shortly thereafter filed their Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff then moved this Court to remand this action to state court, and also requested sanctions for attorneys’ fees totalling…
