These two eases were tried by the same jury in the court below and argued here at one time. The questions involved are identical and will therefore be considered in one opinion. The appeals are by the Pennsylvania Indemnity Corporation from judgments entered on verdicts in attachment sur judgment proceedings, and the appellant assigns as error the refusal of its motion for judgment n. o. v. and its motion for a new trial in each case.
