This is an appeal from an order denying a motion for a new trial.
Five separate actions were commenced to recover for the alleged injuries and property damage of a number of persons involved in a three-car collision which occurred on October 18, 1957, at about 6 p. m., on a hill on State Trunk Highway No. 36 approximately 1 mile west of its intersection with U. S. Highway No. 212. At this point, Highway No. 36 runs approximately east and west.
