HUNTER, Judge.

This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Westfall GMC Truck, Inc., from a judg ment entered in accordance with the jury-verdict in favor of plaintiff-respondent, Central & Southern Truck Lines, Inc., in the sum of $4,300 for damages to a trailer owned by plaintiff..

Plaintiff corporation is the owner and operator of a truck line. In connection therewith it owns and operates both tractor and trailer units.
