OPINION

HORN, Judge.

FINDINGS OF FACT

Plaintiff seeks to have his military service record corrected to reflect a medical disability retirement based on a claim that he suffered from undiagnosed, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) at the time of his separation from the United States Marine Corps. Plaintiff also seeks to have his service record corrected to reflect a 70 percent disability rating from the date of his discharge, June 30, 1972.
