MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, Christie A. Nowlin (“Plaintiff’), filed the above-captioned complaint against Defendant, Tammac Financial Corporation (“Defendant”), seeking to bifurcate and “cram down” Defendant’s secured claim to the fair market value of Plaintiffs mobile home, which Plaintiff argues in her brief is approximately $31,000.00. 1 See Plaintiffs Brief in Support of Complaint at 18.
