The Chapter 13 Debtors, Harrison F. Jordan and his wife, Bonnie S. Jordan, (“Jordans”) own and reside in a mobile home currently located on real property also owned by them. Defendant Green-tree Consumer Discount Company (“Greentree”) has a first mortgage lien on the Jordans’ real estate and a security interest in the mobile home.
