This controversy involves the ownership of the oil, gas, and other minerals in and under the east % of the S. W. % and the N. W. % of the S. E. % of section 57, block 4, Houston & Texas Central Railway survey of lands in Eastland county. The plaintiffs in error, as plaintiffs in the trial court, sued the defendants in error to recover the title and possession of such minerals and had a judgment in that court.
