Dunn v. Taylor

Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fourth. District in an appeal from Dimmit County. Taylor and wife sued Dunn for the recovery of land. Tackaberry, Dunn's vendee, intervened. Plaintiffs recovered and the judgment was affirmed on appeal by defendant and intervener, who thereupon obtained writ of error.

This is an action of trespass to try title brought by J. S. Taylor and his wife, Ella G. Taylor, against Dunn, in which Tackaberry intervened, claiming to have purchased the title of Dunn, and in which he and Dunn,. for the purpose of recovering the land, reconvened against the plaintiffs, and also brought in other parties asserting claims to portions of it. All of the other parties claimed under Hrs.
