The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed a judgment in favor of defendants in error, L. E. Burns and wife, against plaintiff in error, Sun Oil Company, for the title and possession of a tract of land containing 3.736 acres in the Juan Vargas league in Smith County. 65 S. W. (2d) 808.
