This is an action on a contract brought by M. N. Bennett, hereinafter called plaintiff, to recover from J. Will Spurgin and Keystone Freight Lines, Inc., a corporation, defendants, for the sale of the right, to operate a freight line. Judgment was for the plaintiff for $5,080.12, and defendants appeal.
