SULLIVAN, Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Devens, Massachusetts, during April and May of 1993. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of rape, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 920. The members sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 10 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to Private E-l.
