The right of the municipality in this instance, as set forth in its petition, is to ascertain the names of persons residing within its corporate limits, who are owners of shares of the corporate stock of the Coca-Cola Company, a Delaware corporation, together with the number of shares owned by each person, in order that the'petitioner may assess and collect the taxes that are due or may become due on these shares.
