The plaintiff brought an action in the Superior Court at New Haven, returnable in February, 1957, against the defendants Raymond H. Goodrich of Camden, Maine, Warren Clifford of New Haven, and The Union and New Haven Trust Company, a corporation located in New Haven, as ex ecutors of the will of Walter H. Goodrich. Pottetti v. Goodrich, Superior Court, New Haven County, No. 84931. In that action, referred to hereinafter as the original action, she seeks to recover on a claim for $900,000 which she made against the Goodrich estate and which the executors disallowed.
