Two appeals from the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Hetjiseer, J.). The facts are stated in the opinion of the Court. The two causes were argued together before Born, C. J., Briscoe, Pearce, Thomas, Pattison and • Stockbridge, JJ.

The appeal in this ease is from an order of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City finally ratifying and confirming, an auditor’s report and account made under an order or decree of said Court-previously passed on the 27th day of October, 3911. The order directing the accounting, in which the auditor was specifically directed as to how the account should be stated, was before this Court for review at the April Term, 1912 (Wihner v. Flacide), and was by it affirmed.

The record contains twenty-five exceptions to the ratification of the auditor’s report. Some of these exceptions are as follows:
