This is an appeal from an order finally ratifying an auditor’s report and account. It is the third time that this case has been before this Court.

The original bill was filed by the appellee against the appellant on the 10th day of November, 1910. The appellant had instituted proceedings for the foreclosure of a mortgage from the appellee, Susan E. Placido, to Alice L. Wilmer, trustee, dated November 3, 1890, upon property located at .1300 Madison Avenue, Baltimore City, where both the plaintiff and defendant at such time resided, and which was conveyed unto the plaintiff by the defendant and…
