This suit was brought by H. P. Mansfield against the Temple State Bank, James E. Ferguson, C. F. Stevens, Dayton Mills, a corporation, Duval West, R. McDonald, and Mary McDonald, individually and as independent executrix of the estate of R. McDonald, deceased, and the Houston National Exchange Bank. The suit is an equitable one in its nature, involving an accounting and various other matters of an equitable character, including a receivership.
The judgment in the trial court was for Mansfield and others, and the appeal by Ferguson and the bank. The ease was affirmed on appeal. 215 S. W., 234.…
