OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

We issued our opinion in this case on August 3, 2006. Appellant, Volume Mill-work, Inc., has filed a motion for rehearing of our opinion and judgment of August 3, 2006, and appellee, West Houston Airport Corporation, has filed a response at our request. We grant rehearing, withdraw our opinion and judgment of August 3, 2006, and issue this opinion and accompanying judgment in their stead.
