Appellees Marti Annette Murphree Kennedy and Doyle Robert Murphree, Jr., Temporary Co-Administrators of the Estate of Doyle Robert Murphree, Sr., deceased, sued appellant George Wood for eviction. The probate court found for ap-pellees and awarded $6,250 in unpaid rent and $9,189.20 in attorney’s fees and costs advanced. In his first two issues, Wood challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the court’s award of rental damages.
