This is an appeal from a forcible detain-er proceeding in which possession of the property was awarded to appellee Ag Acceptance Corporation. Appellants (who we will refer to collectively as “Terra”) present seven issues. We affirm.

Factual Background

In September 2003, a substitute trustee for Ag Acceptance conducted a non-judicial foreclosure on property owned by Terra, pursuant to a deed of trust.
