Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Baltimore and the successor to SCA Tax Exempt Fund Limited Partnership (hereafter “MuniMae”), has brought this diversity action against Southfork Apartments Limited Partnership (“South-fork”), a limited partnership organized under the laws of Minnesota.
