MEMORANDUM

BLAKE, District Judge.

Now pending before this Court is a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure filed by Defendant Peter Haddock Ltd. (“Haddock”). In its complaint, Plaintiff Otten-heimer Publishers, Inc. (“Ottenheimer”) alleges that Haddock and Defendant Play-more, Inc., (“Playmore”), 1 violated the Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., and engaged in a number of acts of unfair competition.
