FRIEDMAN, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granting summary judgment for the defendants and dismissing the two remaining counts of the complaint. 606 F.Supp. 38 (D.C.Cir.1984). Those counts charged the defendants with using the plaintiff Gilson’s patent rights and misappropriating his trade secrets.
