Plaintiff-appellant Antares Aircraft, L.P. (“Antares”), a Delaware limited partnership with its principal place of business in New York, appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John S. Martin, Jr., Judge), dismissing its claim against de fendants-appellants the Federal Republic of Nigeria (“FRN”) and the Nigerian Airports Authority (“NAA”) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976 (“FSIA”).
