MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Donna Rhodes sued her employer, the Illinois Department of Transportation (“IDOT”) and IDOT employee Michael Poladian, 1 for gender discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“the Act”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Specifically, Rhodes claims that Poladian assigned her work duties in a discriminatory manner, called her names and, along with other IDOT employees, kept pornographic magazines and videos at the work site which created a sexually hostile work…
