This is an employment discrimination case brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (“ADEA”). Plaintiff Albert Pearsall brings suit against his long-time employer, the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”), alleging retaliation and discrimination on the basis of race, gender and age in violation of Title VII and the ADEA.
