Defendant-Appellant Michael Loren Dunn was convicted of possession of child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) (Count I), receipt of child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2) & (b) (Count II), and distribution of child pornography, 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2) & (b) (Count III). 1 R. 583-85. The district court sentenced Mr. Dunn to 144 months’ imprisonment and a 25-year term -of supervised release. Id. at 1042-44.
