Petitioner (District) seeks review of an Employment Relations Board order which, pursuant to our decision in OSEA v. Lake County School District, 81 Or App 623, 726 P2d 955 (1986), determined the “appropriate remedy” for an unfair labor practice of District involving two employes whom it had discharged.
