The writ of error in this cause was sued out to review the judgment of the superior court of Oklahoma county, rendered upon the verdict of a jury in an action by the plaintiffs in error against the defendant in error, seeking to recover the amount of certain profits charged to have been made in a real estate transaction in which the defendant is alleged to have acted as agent of the plaintiffs.
