ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS

THIS CAUSE came on for hearing with notice to all parties in interest upon a Motion To Dismiss the above-captioned Chapter 11 case for “cause” pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) filed by the United States Trustee. The undisputed facts relevant to the resolution of this matter and as appear from the record are as follows:
The Debtor, the Miracle Church of God in Christ (Debtor), is an unincorporated, not-for-profit religious association, which filed its voluntary Petition for Relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 10, 1990.…
