MEMORANDUM OPINION

SIMPSON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court by virtue of an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court dismissing, sua sponte, the appellants’ Chapter 11 petitions for lack of good faith. This matter is also before the court on the motion of appellee to dismiss the appeal upon the ground that appellants were dilatory in obtaining the transcript necessary for briefing and review of the bankruptcy court decision. The court finds nothing egregious in appellants’ actions with respect to obtaining the transcript and will therefore deny the motion to dismiss and…
