INTRODUCTION
In this Chapter 7 case I have been asked to consider five motions: (1) a creditor’s lift stay motion, (2) Debtor’s motion to have parties held in contempt for violating the automatic stay order of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a),1 (3) Debtor’s motion to enforce the stay order, (4) the motion of the controlling person of Debt- or to have parties held in contempt for violating the automatic stay order, and (5) the motion of the controlling person of Debtor to enforce the stay order.
