CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

An automobile dealer brought an action against an automobile manufacturer, alleging breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and seeking a declaratory judgment and damages. The superior court entered judgment dismissing all claims. On appeal, we remanded to the superior court to make additional findings and conclusions. On remand, the superior court again entered judgment in favor of the defendant on all claims. The plaintiff automobile dealer now appeals the superior court's decision…
