YOUNG, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is a purported securities class action on behalf of two groups of purchasers of American Superconductor Corporation common stock. One group purchased common stock during the period from July 29, 2010, through July 11, 2011, and alleges violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder against American Superconductor Corporation (the “Issuer”) and certain of its officers and directors (the “Individual Defendants”).
