This is a putative class action involving alleged violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U!S.C. §§ 78j(b), 78t(a), and SEC Rule 10b-5. Lead plaintiff GBR Group, Ltd. has brought suit, on behalf of a class of similarly situated persons, against bio-pharmaceutical company Biogen Inc. and three Biogen executives.
