*154 Metzler Asset Management GmbH ("Metzler") and Erste-Sparinvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH ("Erste-Sparinvest") have been designated the lead plaintiffs, pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act ("PSLRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4, in a federal securities class action that they brought against Biogen Inc. and three Biogen executives ("Biogen").
