Plaintiffs sued to quiet title to the water of a certain creek or ravine on premises conveyed by Sarah H. Edgington and Hallie Olita Edgington to Ruth Grigsby by deed dated October 5, 1905. They asserted their right under and by virtue of a reservation of water rights in the above mentioned Grigsby deed and their subsequent acquisition of said rights by mesne conveyances.
