Plaintiff Milton Hill, a former employee at the United States Department of the Interior (“the Department”), brings this action against defendant Dirk Kempthorne in his official capacity as the Secretary of the Department, alleging retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Currently before the Court is the Department’s motion for summary judgment.
