The plaintiff, Kimberly Warner, who is currently employed as the Chief of the Digital Print Center (“DPC”), a unit of the Plant Operations Division of the Government Printing Office (“GPO”), 1 initiated this action against GPO’s Chief Executive Officer, in his official capacity, alleging a “pattern of sex discrimination and retaliation” in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
