Claimant seeks judicial review of an order by an administrative law judge (ALJ) that reversed an order of the Medical Review Unit (MRU) of the Workers’ Compensation Division (WCD) of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. The MRU had ordered Liberty Northwest Insurance Company to pay claimant’s treating physician, Dr. Johnson, for psychiatric treatment provided to claimant. Claimant argues that the ALJ, in reversing the MRU’s order, applied an erroneous standard of review. We review for errors of law, SAIF v.
