Pending before the Court is Priority One Services, Inc.’s (hereinafter “Priority One”) petition to confirm an arbitration award, and respondent W & T Travel Services, LLC’s (hereinafter “W & T”) motion to vacate, modify, and correct this award. Priority One alleges that W & T materially breached and improperly terminated a contract between the parties.
